Description

This heavy duty electromagnetic clutch pump can be used for bilge pumping, deck & anchor washing and live bait tank circulation. The body is cast from marine grade bronze and the shaft is 316G SS. This compact pump is fitted with double row, angular contact ball bearings providing a low cost compromise between overall pump length and limited duty capability. A mechanical seal protects the bearings. It will self-prime up to 4.5 metres, can pump in either direction and will not airlock. It can handle both hard and soft solids and are easy to service and maintain. The flow rate quoted is at a 3 metre head and 1500RPM, while the port sizes quoted are female BSP.
This unit is belt driven from the main engine via the aluminium 1B pulley supplied. The clutch can be remotely switched to engage the pump.
