Aurora Red Hand flares are for night use in particular, but can be used during daytime for raising the alarm and pinpointing your position. Use only when potential rescuers are in sight. Burns for 60 seconds at 15,000 candela. Visible up to 10 kms on a clear night. Approved by Australian Standards and U.S.L.C.
