RF75151 BLOCK SERIES 70 ORBIT
Description
High quality, Australian made. This block boasts the highest strength to weight ratio available and features smooth running performance with low friction. Precision design enables the elimination of mass in ineffective areas and the use of reinforced polymer materials to replace metal wherever possible. The sheaves are moulded from carbon fibre reinforced PTFE impregnated nylon spinning on compression resistant carbon black acetal bearings. The Stage 2 bearing is glass-fibre reinforced, MoS2 impregnated nylon. The frame and cheeks are moulded from toughened glass-fibre reinforced nylon. These low profile blocks are available in a variety of styles with the Dyneema® rope link head extending the configurations.
They are typically used on;
Main/spinnaker sheets for sportsboats and small keel boats.
