Description

These brilliant new Core Blocks™ feature the tuned 2-stage bearing system providing excellent performance across the full working load range, with an integrated thrust bearing handling high dynamic or static loads. Acetal sheaves, alloy cheeks and stainless fixings complete the durable package. The two-stage bearing system allowing the sheaves to run on the twin race bearing system under moderate loads, then transfer to the acetal bearing on polished stainless steel when the loads get high. The twin race bearings also prevent the sheaves from rubbing on the cheeks under side loads. The cheeks are machined from alloy for maximum durability and are so shaped to allow easy flush out of the bearings after use and to minimise weight. The head assembly units incorporate a brass bearing washer to provide smooth rotation of the post and shackle.
