316G Stainless Steel Coach Screws
Description
A heavy duty 316G stainless steel fastener, popular with commercial vessel operators and professional fishermen, as well as uses around jetties and pontoons. They have a solid, no nonsense hexagon head, which will take plenty of torque. The best results are achieved by placing a large flat washer under the head to spread the load. The timber being fastened should be pre-drilled to clear the shank diameter and the base timber should be pre-drilled to the inner diameter of the threaded section. A small amount of grease on the thread can be a great help when driving into hardwood. Box quantity pricing is also available on request.
