Description

The Quick Connect steering system is simple, safe, reliable, easy to install on boats up to 7.5 metres in length and all outboards to V6. This system does not require tools to connect the cable to the helm, reducing installation time up to 50%. It is suitable for steering wheels up to 400mm in diameter, offering a sharp, three turns lock to lock. The system consists of a helm unit, the correct length cable, a bezel kit and whatever engine end components you require to suit your application, all ordered seperately.
The No-Feedback 4.2 helm unit effectively eliminates torque feedback at the helm making for the safest mechanical steering on the market today. The precision diecast zinc helm unit incorporates the Quick Connect helical cable assembly for quick and easy installation. It offers 4.2 turns lock to lock and is 191mm high, 129mm long and 241mm from back to the end of the shaft.
