Hot Dipped Galvanised Mooloolaba Pick
Description
This pattern has been used by commercial fleet when reef fishing and is now popular amongst the offshore pleasureboat fishermen. They are fabricated from solid plate and round bar and are extremely strong. The anchor chain is shackled to the crown of the anchor and layed out along the shaft. Small cable ties are used to attach the eye of anchor to the adjoining chain link so if the anchor gets snagged, a sharp tug will break the cable tie and pull the anchor out backwards.
